Wood Dale Road TIF
The City established the Wood Dale Road TIF District on May 24, 2018 to encourage economic growth along Wood Dale Road and Commercial Street. The Wood Dale Road TIF encompasses 39.5 acres of land comprised of 53 parcels as depicted below. Approximately 70% of the land area in the proposed TIF is already tax exempt.
The goal of the Wood Dale Road TIF district is to strengthen this area as the "town center," as depicted in the Vision Plan.
